Hello there!

I’m Emily, and I help couples face the conflicts they’ve been avoiding - with guidance, structure, and support - so they can reconnect for good.

I help couples slow down, confront the patterns that keep them stuck, and rebuild connection in their relationships. In session, I’m engaged, directive, and fully present - guiding couples through difficult conversations and helping them communicate more effectively. With a background in clinical supervision, teaching, and Intuitive Eating Counseling, I bring both structure and warmth to our work together. Whether you’re navigating recurring arguments, communication challenges, or simply craving more closeness, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Ready to Make a Change?

Here's how to get started:

1. Schedule an Initial 15 Minute Consultation

This brief phone call is a chance to share what’s been happening in your relationship, ask questions, and see if my approach feels like the right fit for you or your relationship.

2. Book Your Session

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your initial session during the consultation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with clear next steps and everything you need to prepare for our first session.

3. The First Session

In the first session, we’ll identify the patterns driving current challenges, clarify your goals, and create a focused plan so therapy feels structured, efficient, and genuinely helpful from the start.

“Not only is Emily knowledgeable & resourceful, she is extremely warm, kind, & compassionate. I believe anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will benefit from the space she provides for honest discovery, change, & healing.“
