Specialties

Relational Stressors:

Relationships can be complicated—whether with a partner, family member, or friend. Miscommunication, unresolved conflict, or major life changes can leave you feeling disconnected and uncertain about how to move forward, even in the strongest of relationships.

We provide support to individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges like communication issues, rebuilding trust, or balancing competing demands. Drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Couples Therapy, we’ll work together to strengthen connections, improve communication, and find a way forward that aligns with your values and needs.

Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating:

Struggling with your relationship with food or how you feel about your body can be an isolating and deeply personal experience. Opening up about these feelings isn’t easy and can feel overwhelming.

Using approaches like CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Intuitive Eating, we’ll explore the emotions and thoughts shaping your eating habits and self-esteem. Together, we’ll work toward building a healthier relationship with food, reconnecting with your body, and finding freedom and joy in your daily life.

Perfectionism, Burnout, & Overwhelm:

Constant pressure, difficulty relaxing, and relentless self-criticism can leave you feeling drained and stuck. It might feel like there’s no space to pause, let alone enjoy life.

Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, we’ll work together to develop healthier ways of managing stress, let go of perfectionism, and build self-compassion, helping you feel more grounded and at ease in your everyday life.

Grief and Loss:

Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating whether you’ve lost a loved one, are facing a major life transition, or are dealing with the emotional weight of a chronic or terminal illness.

Our goal is to offer a space where you feel both heard and supported. Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, we’ll work through your grief at a pace that feels comfortable, while also finding ways to honor the past, embrace the present, and create a hopeful future.
