A Bit About Me
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor, I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected in your relationships, or are unsure of how to move forward, I provide a supportive, goal-oriented space to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is solution-focused and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method. I work collaboratively with clients to reduce stress, improve communication, manage anxiety, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.

In addition to my therapy practice, I teach graduate-level courses at the University of Rhode Island in the Human Development & Family Science Department and Couple & Family Therapy Program, as well as at Johnson & Wales University in the Mental Health Counseling Program. I also offer clinical supervision to pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapists in Rhode Island. Previously, I taught first-year medical students at Brown University. These roles allow me to stay engaged with current research and best practices while mentoring the next generation of therapists.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, aligned, and connected—in your relationships, in your work, and within yourself. Together, we’ll work toward building a life that reflects your values and supports both your personal and professional well-being.
